Descriptive essay of how to sleep to sleep peacefully

Most teenagers nowadays fail in school because they don't sleep enough, they don't organize their activities very well, they eat a lot before going to sleep, and go to bed after 10 pm.

Teenagers need to organize their activities, set priorities, and sacrifice some fun time in order to be able to finish an important thing, it could be hard, but it worth it. Eating a lot before going to sleep is a bad idea because the stomach divertsmore energy and blood that is necessary for us to rest. The stomach can make us suffer all the night.
Most teenagers watse valuable time chatting and seeing what other people publish on thier social web pages. As a consequence they sleep after 10 PM, which is the recommended time to go to sleep and not feel without energy the next day.

If we want to have energy and not fail in school or work, we need to be more organized, eat lightly and don't waste our time doing things that are unimportant and useless for our daily lives
